Dr. Alison Kerns is a naturopathic physician, Soul Constellator, and Somatic Experiencing® practitioner — and she believes that the patterns you've been trying hardest to change may not have started with you.

Her work lives at the intersection of family constellations, ancestral healing, and somatic medicine — a place where the body, the lineage, and the soul are understood as one living system. Drawing on the science of the nervous system and the wisdom of the family field, Dr. Alison helps cycle breakers identify what was inherited, return what was never theirs, and reclaim the life that has always been waiting for them.

She creates a grounded, compassionate space where slowing down is not a luxury but a portal — where the body's signals become a map, and where what has been unseen in a family system finally gets to be seen. Through presence, embodied inquiry, and deep trust in the intelligence of the field, she supports individuals in unwinding inherited loyalties, restoring inner coherence, and stepping into the fullness of who they are beyond their lineage.

Dr. Alison works with individuals one-on-one and facilitates monthly Family Constellation Circles in person in Boulder, Colorado — with virtual sessions available to clients across the country. Whether you are new to this work or returning for another layer of healing, her approach meets you exactly where you are.

Outside of her work, Dr. Alison nourishes her own vitality through dancing, yoga, drawing, painting, laughter, running, hiking, cooking, traveling, and savoring the fullness of life with her husband and two children.
